We are going to REwork Hecarim now his Q is on a 0.2sec cooldown. WE lowered the Damage a bit just to Balance it out. DOESN'T MAKE IT BALANCED.

With This Current Sona, Your Movement speed is always 650+ because of E, Uncatchable and insane kiting potential aswell as outsustain who she duel. While Doing consitent amount of Damage aswell as Utility such as a Slow, an Exhaust and a Nuke Damage.

That little amount of Movement speed Nerf on Sona ain't gonna fix Her. Because That passive on Crescendo just Fucked her all over again.
