Brand buff pls
Does anyone else feel as if brand is performing poorly, not majorly bad but that he'd either need a passive increase for a slight ap scaling increase?

I haven't played against a brand in months so I honestly don't know.
with DFT gone some champions aren't that great RN except Kassadin.
They been adjusting stuff on brand. Small tweaks here and there like his passive from 2% to 4% last I remember. Give it time.
I play him as support and do very wel.
