Can we do something about the player bots in Twisted Treeline?

I'm tired of playing on the Twisted Treeline with and against a team of bots. Sure, they are fun to beat on, and can help you practice techniques. But they have no real challenge to them. I looked one of the bot's usernames up once, and the dude was Platinum! (Plat 2 i think) I get it, that you may need IP, or you are looking for an easy way to level up your new smurf, but cmon. Do it the honest way. I keep forgetting to report these bots, but when I do, I don't think they are getting punished. Why is Twisted Treeline so neglected?
