I just played a game as Vlad and twice I'd used pool and been able to be stunned halfway through. The first I was in pool and moving towards Annie and she used W halfway through and I got stunned. When I came out of pool I was still stunned. The second I was fighting Jax and went into pool and a second or so into it he stunned me with his E. I've been playing Vlad a lot lately and this hasn't happened any other time.
My guess ether your pool animation competed and you got stun or the stun duration was longer than you pool or you got stuned before and after the pool by 2 different Annie stuns . Without visuals it's hard to say
You should probably get a replay of the game, make a video of it, and upload it to YouTube, otherwise it's pretty hard for people to tell if your claim is legit or not.
He always avoids my stun while I'm Pantheon. Maybe it's AOE effects that he can't avoid?
It says can't be targeted. Non targeted stuff can still hit him far as I know
