How Fiddlesticks pbe changes effect middlesticks

Hi. As a middlesticks player looking at the current pbe changes I am a little worried they will push him out of mid and make him only work in the jungle i feel like most of the changes are a big buff to both middlesticks and junglesticks the E change however has me worried.. The removal of the bonus damage to minions in exchange for more monster damage lowers middlesticks pushing power significantly... Middlesticks usually maxed E first so the cooldown buff doesnt help too much.. So my suggestion is to maybe lower the base damage of his E but keep the bonus to minions... This will allow him to keep more of his pushing power but not make it so hes too oppressive either.

Tldr.. The fiddlesticks changes are a buff overall except they nerf his midlane pushing power
