Dear hell fizz W is so broken now if you auto hit them if they bleed

Should probably take a look into this, not sure why fizz was even buff so much and when i mean much I mean A LOT compared to the others, Anyone who didn't play fizz new buff then they should try and see how broken his W is now. I didn't mind old fizz exept there is rarely any escape at all on his Q and E unless you flash but now you don't need to flash because you are going to get 1 shot if he lands his 2nd W auto pass level 12. Beyond dumb why he got his buff on W, the other champion/assassin that got reworked are high risk high reward which is kat/talon I would even say Zed bonus % is gone so it's risky to go for a all in but with Fizz he can still escape playing risky and worst part is his damage is off the chart with the W buff.

Mana cost for Fizz is down which I don't get why W now refunds mana if he last hit , there is practically no opening to this guy unless the fizz player sucks. Feel like if you are going to give him these buff then remove E ability to dodge target ability or non skill shot ability, feels like his E is already a mini flash that is low cool down,high damage and now cost less mana.
