Because It would be abused so fast and with such frequency you would have to play strictly against the AI to avoid it.
Because you can't add players mid game. You'd immediately be at a 4v5, making the game a 98% for sure loss. I hope they never do, because it would be abused by god knows what. Get caught out in bot lane once, get kicked, lose LP.
The other side is adding people mid game, and I would never want to join a losing team mid game.
Moot option.
why not put a vote kick button in queue (champ select) if someone is trolling hard and they get the chat logs logged it goes to someone and decide from there.
