Why i love / hate solo q / dynamic q

In the next season solo/duo q is coming back. Why I love dynamic q ? As a jungle / mid main I just pick primary jungle and secondary mid and I 100% get one of these. Why I hate dynamic q ? Premades / boosters and some smurfers every game. Why i love solo q ? NO MORE 2+ premades, just solo or duo. Why i hate solo q ? As i said, jungle and mid main, there are high possibilities to don't get those positions.And if im support and i want jungle "can i go jungle please ?" , "NO! FCK U" or "No sry" , if u are your mate is support and u jungle "can i go support please? " , "YES OFC COME" or "Yes". Im not complaining about support, i play support too but it's not my best role. My best roles : 1.Jungle 2.Mid 3.Support 4.Adc 5.Top.

I really want dynamic system but only with solo/duo q. And in low elo's first pick is like always mid or top and last pick ofc ever is support.
