120 days later and I still don't get why we didn't just keep magus when runeglaive was released

getting rid of magus completely stifled so many champions from the jungle, and was truly the final nail in the coffin for fiddlesticks. With all of the massive changes coming next patch for preseason, I don't see why we also can't include another mage enchant for the champions that don't properly utilize the sheen/lich bane proc from runeglaive.
