Why is the jungler role so noob unfriendly?

So bit of context, im trying to diversify from support, because god knows you carrying from that spot is a nightmare.

So yeah, practice once or twice in bots to understand the basics of your character, and there, you go in draft.

All hell breaks loose, everyone expects you to be a god, you should be ganking all 3 lanes, the enemy jungler is counter jungling you, its just pure cancer...

and then you get flamed and reported ''go play bots if you wanna practice''.

Like, there isn't much to practice vs bots, because, well, they're bots, they're predictable, they don't have an enemy jungler, and they sucks, so you could first pick anything and troll build it and still go 40/0 in bots...nothing to practice here except the basic concept of your abilities or last hitting with your champion....

You got to practice vs humans, but somehow people like to bring their main into normals and pubstomp people, because thats a thing? Like, go play ranked if you wanna do that.

Edit: Reading the answers, it looks like nobody bothered to read the post, only the title, then posted their thing...

Well, that's because jungle IS the least noob-friendly role in the game...

Every player should know how to play support and jungle. You should have a basic understanding of all roles honestly. but you NEED to know Support for auto fill and jungle for rotations.

jg is different from any other role, like very different

Not all roles/champs are created equal. For jungle, you have to be aware of the entire map for the first 12 minutes of the game instead of focusing on a single lane.

When you're jungling and your laners just solo die in lane

WHERE MY JGL, ME BLAME JGL SMORC

Don't take it to heart lol

But to play a jungler you gotta know how to clear, so it's a good idea to watch a pro player on your champ. Look at what makes a gank successful, look at what they buy and their build path is and just watch how they play the champ. Then go in game and try to reproduce what they do

A lot of it is learning what champs do and what their cooldowns are, especially in lower elos like bronze-gold. Lux used her Q? Veigar used E? Jump in. You got their flash from a gank? Don't dive. Walk away, you've given your laner flash advantage. If you need to, go on their league wiki page and look at their cooldowns

Jungle require more thought than any other role. You have to understand every lane matchup, understand gank assist, lane pressure, power spikes on every champion, keep track of all cooldowns, understand farm pathing, enemy pathing, ward timers and effective vision.

Basically just know everything about all three lanes, as well as your own matchup.

Tbh, it’s the hardest role by a long shot due to the amount you have to know or learn.

As for people complaing about you, it just comes with the role. You have the most opportunity to help influence their lane, so when they inevitably feed out their ass, they don’t want to take the blame them selves and so they throw it in your lap.

Basic things to get. Understand clear times Understand lane priority Understand pathing techniques

And always remember. It’s not your job to please the whiners. 9/10 they are not the correct gank choice. Keep those who are ahead, ahead. And if you can help the whiner, attempt. But if it’s a lost cause, just let it fall.

Jungle requires an understanding of the game, pathing, and matchups, not just your champion like most lanes. It's skill floor is (arguably) quite a bit higher than any other role

Its just a hard role and I do not wish they make it any easier a role that has the most impact on the map NEEDS to be difficult there no reason or excuse it should be any other way you will learn it if you really want to you will if its not your cup of tea just play top or mid.

Because it's not just killing lane minions and hitting enemy champs but looking at the map and making calls. That's why. It's a lot more pressure than being expected to lane for up to 15 min.

First /mute all Second, learn different clear paths to help you clear, and understand enemy jungler. Third, look up "map sense" and how to learn it. Learn where and when to ward. Fourth, play meta champs that clear jungle well or gank well. Fifth, watch top jungler players.

because like champions, there are Roles that are not meant for noobs in their early game experience, and for new-comers to jungle, they aren't really used to predicting the enemies position, knowing clear patterns and how to effectively gank and counter gank, Jungle is hard to master role, you can just gank people or pick-up some under tower kills with your laner, clear your shit and not invade, easy. advanced junglers have a high game awareness and a lot of map presence, they can be at every lane in 3 - 5 minutes securing advantages.

and other thing: its not a lane, its really different from normal lane gameplay IE: kill minions, kill person, you make the difference in a bad lane match-up.

also jungle champions are sometimes hard AF to learn.
