Bard, give his q a stun before the double tether

bard is easily the worst support in the game. I've said this before, and in diamond, every season, I'll say it every season. He is worthless, and he will never be seen in competitive play as a serious support because he is a worthless support. Sure he can do some cool mind games here and there, sure oh wow, he made tower invincible, but overall, 90 percent of the time, he helps the enemy team more than yours. He is not a good champion, nor will he ever be a good champion unless you make his q a stun even when it single hits. It's hit box is garbage already, its speed can basically be outrun by ghost, and overall it needs a massive update if anyone is ever going to take this champ seriously. Ever other troll support is a better pick that bard, and every serious support makes a bard pick cringe worthy. Change his Q, I'm saying this from a perspective that has reached diamond with ease every season.

Bard isn't the worst support in the game, but he is kind of outclassed atm.

he get picked decently often in competitive.

Bard is picked extremely often in high elo and even at worlds.

Bard is good, but you have to be good at bard.

My mechanics aren't special, and my game sense is slightly better than par. Where I've always excelled was my ability to deconstruct and analyze op facets of the meta, and figure out solid counter mechanics. Right now, it's safe to say, with so many other sups with stuns, imobilizes, and higher damage outputs, the only way bard can do well is if his team does well with no other exception. His presence is minimal, and sure he might be able to capitalize on a few things here and there with his ult, but it does more damage than good most of the time. He deals little damage, he has horrible cc, and aside from a sub par ability to pick, heavily out trumped by leona or nautilus, he's just shit in comparison to other supports. Please give him a stun that increases in duration when he double tethers, because the slow is not enough
