Riot can you PLEASE reconsider giving OCE draft pick instead of blind for normals?

Now I would place this on the OCE boards, but that's dooming it to never see the light of day to begin with.

Honestly I hate normals on OCE.

It's a total diceroll where I get matched against hard counters or whatever the FotM BS is, and it's honestly miserable. The reason I play soooooooo much ranked is because if I want to play Azir, I don't have to worry about dealing with Zac, Caitlyn, AND Orianna all in the SAME GAME.

But then if a new champion is released. Or I want to learn something new. Or hell even if I just want to play a loose game with minimal consequences.

Crap like getting matched against a 5-man-goon-squad with a Challenger Jayce (read; he knows Jayce is a fucked up champion and zones me off the entire lane making the game borderline unplayable because Jayce and reasons or something), and I honestly spend 20 minutes regretting every bothering to try something new.
