When Leona casts her E against sivir's E or banshee's veil(i think) she'll still dash to you, leaving you open for her stuns

Or because you don't get rooted by her E you hav time to react and possibly flash/dash and either yoink her into a bad spot.

Or just pick Janna into her. Leona vs Janna is an uphill battle for Leo. Only the hill goes up at a 91 degree angle.
