Pbe changes, teemo

I didn't expect so many reworks, some of these champs have been changed multiple times. Please riot, why are you not touching teemo? He is dreadful to play with (Q and AA) while his shrooms are just a farming tool now. I don't need to go into detail about his viability as most of you know how it feels to have a top teemo in your team. We do not have to wait for a full VGU when a small rework may make him more fun and viable, plus it'll take years before a full VGU is done for teemo. Most teemo mains would be happy if he is made less toxic and more useful as most top laners outshadow him and some are just a better version of him cough*
