Riot I need an answer

Why does riot not give a shit about people who go afk and ruin the game experience? If they did they would instantly ban someone going afk. It's about time that all games with an afk are loss prevented. Answer me why this has not happened yet? I understand completely that riot only cares about challenger and streamers. Obviously the ones they can market and make money off. But I've spent time and lots of money on this game. Yet I still get people who go afk and get a warning. It's not hard to fix this issue. Deliver much more hard punishments to them right away. No warning just a 10-20-30 day ban. Then ban for life after that. After 40 games of no afk you then can drop one and only one. Riot tell me why I lose lp and waste my time with an afk in my group at level 2? Answer honestly. Tell me that you don't care it would just reassure me. You need to do something cause your system is systematically fucked up. And I won't even start on the fact I went on a 10 game win steak only to get to my series and get grouped with people on 10 game lose streaks 3 tiers below me. But like I said riot only cares about who they want to market and sell stuff.
