@Riot Lacking Tanky Soak on juggernauts/fighters

Why can't juggernauts/fighters have more nice items like (new) stereks and titanic hydra... and if it is because adcs would abuse them make the stats like hp/armor/mr 50%-75% efficient on ranged champions. boom done...

It really just seems like you like to stick it to the tank classes and not give them access to things that have equal amount of value to what ad champions get...
