Zilean's Rewind

Since Zilean is getting some attention I wanted to talk about his W. I think Rewind needs to be replaced with an entirely new ability. As it is now it's a very boring spell and is pretty much a gimmick in order to stun with his Q. I don't think a gameplay mechanic on his Q should be reliant on his W. Instead his Q should be given charges so the stun can be done with just his Q. His W could be a damage/support spell like Lulu's E. Thoughts?
