Ingame leveling

I want to confirm something with the community:

Has anyone noticed huge level differences between solo lanes (mid, top) and supports (and maybe junglers)? I've had a number of games since this patch where i've died twice during the first 10 minutes of the game as a support and i'm already 3-4 levels behind the top or mid laner. I'm with my adc about 90% of the time yet im always 2 levels below them. If i start roaming, it gets worse. I have seen the same thing with the enemy support. I've seen others express the same concern as me in game so I decided to make a post.

Did the experience you gain from killing minions change?
