Passive Change:

current: twitch's basic attacks each apply a stack of Poison icon Deadly Venom, dealing 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 true damage every second over 6 seconds and stacking up to 6 times for a maximum of 72 / 108 / 144 / 180 / 216 true damage over the duration.

suggested change: twitch's basic attacks each apply a stack of Poison icon Deadly Venom, dealing 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 true damage every second over 6 seconds and stacking up to 4 times for a maximum of 72 / 120 / 168 / 216 / 264 true damage over the duration.

Contaminate:

current: Twitch damages all nearby enemies afflicted by Deadly Venom, dealing them physical damage increased by each of their stacks.

Base Damage: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 Bonus Damage per stack: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 (+ 20% AP) (+ 25% bonus AD) Max Damage: 110/155/200/245/290(+120%AP)(+150% bonus AD)

Suggested change: Twitch damages all nearby enemies afflicted by Deadly Venom, dealing them physical damage increased by each of their stacks.

Base Damage: Removed Bonus Damage per stack: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+ 30% AP) (+ 40% bonus AD) Max Damage: 80/140/200/260/320(+120%AP)(+160% bonus AD) NEW: Add one stack of his passive to affected targets and reset passive duration.

Rat-a-tat-tat:

Current: Twitch gains bonus attack damage and bonus attack range for 5 seconds.

BONUS AD: 20 / 30 / 40 AD

Additionally, Twitch's basic attacks travel across their full range and skewer every enemy they pass through for the duration, dealing 20% less damage per enemy hit down to a minimum of 40% damage. These attacks apply on-hit effects to all affected enemies and can critically strike against each individual target.

Suggested change: Twitch gains bonus attack damage and bonus attack range for 5 10 seconds.

NEW: All targets hit by Twitch's auto attacks receive 4 stacks of deadly venom.

The goal here would be to make Twitch's passive more "fealt" in the gameplay. The numeric boost is extremely small, but because you can stack it faster (4 stacks instead of 6) it should feel like it does more for you, and give Twitch a reliable way to trade in lane that doesn't require an all in. Changing his other abilities to focus a bit more on stacking his passive and letting it do work makes it feel like a bigger part of his kit.
