Revert to Old ryze!

Ryze is horrible now, he was perfectly fine. They could of just nerfed his mana conversion or something or even cds but nope they took a great champ since release and decided to break him...his kit has no identity, the ult doesnt even fit into his play style at all. Old ryze would be perfect now, he had received an indirect nerf to banshees veil not having mana why keep him broken and unplayable? hes not really strong in lane, team fights are mediocre at best, and he isnt a late game hyper mage carry anymore hes useless.
