PSA: If you died lv1, don't try to tp bavk and finish your enemy.

in most cases if one dies in a lv1 all in he's probably lv1 still and will possibly hit lv2 once he finish tp. but his enemy will be most likely to be lv3 and has healed up with pots, while already pushed the dying laner's wave into or near his turret. at this point if the one who died goes all in to fight the one who won the lv1 all in he will probably end up dying another time.

reasons: 1.He will push ur wave when u were at fountain, so u have less minion and u will take minion agro. 2.he is a level ahead, so 1more ability, 1 more level worth of stat. 3.if he can win all in lv1 then he is probably a stronger early game champion than you. 4.if you die another time the lane is over, he will have 2~4level advantage over you, 3+minion wave of cs, plenty of dmg on your tower, and 700gold to spend from killing you twice.

so please play safe if you died from an lv1 all in.
