Why isn't the pre-Diamond/Plat matchmaking ever updated?

If anything, we should have less (if not any) premades pre-Plat (maybe even until Diamond 3s). This is the ELO where you basically learn how to play in a competitive enviroment. When there's 2 diff premades and a solo or some variation, not everyone's on the same page. Until you get higher is when you really have to coordinate.

I'm sick of having the worse premade on my team; that's not skill, that's luck. In this lower ELO, team-play matters less cause everyone's a super carry that does his own business and doesn't really know their limits. When there IS a good amount of coordination and teamplay, how is that fair for the other team with the worse premade? In general, it would cut down on smurfing to delete low ELO premades and spare this entire board their sanity of making DynaQ posts.

Better yet, scrap premades all together and bring back 3s and 5s. #soloQ
