What does the future look like for Udyr?

I'm not gonna lie, Udyr is a pretty disgusting champion, and he has been for quite some time. Ever since the buff he got to his Tiger Stance (Q) he's been a very dominant pick in the jungle. He's constantly hovering between a 52-54% win ratio across low and high elo alike, and it has me wondering why he hasn't been nerfed yet. Or better yet, reworked. Let's face it, unless you're willing to spend $30 Udyr looks like shit. His VO is outdated, and to top it all off he was meant to be an adaptive jungler who could change up his build depending on what his team needs, but instead everyone just maxes Q and goes bruiser since this is clearly the best build path for him. He's outdated, unhealthy for the game, and he needs to be changed.
