A better solution

Instead of removing debuffs all together, can the balance team just make qss only block cc debuffs (making qss considered a mid tier item) and make mercurial semitar block all debuffs (deedming merc's as a high tier item that needs to be heavily bought if you want to not get deleted by a duskblade mark or zed death mark, etc.) Because if you give this the LW treatment then it would be a lot better than just removing all debuffs all together
