Idea for Twitch

Additional feature for passive: Basic attacking or casting Expunge on a champion afflicted with Deadly Venom causes a volatile venom explosion in a small AoE, dealing x (+AD% per stack) damage to all units struck and applying a stack of Deadly Venom to them.

Explosion does not damage the targeted unit, Spray and Pray procs this affect on all units with Deadly Venom hit by it

Ult: Removed bonus AD.

Now he still excels at blowing up groups of closely packed champions but first he has to basic attack once or twice to get the Venom so he isn't just instantly blowing up teams and he isn't able to just ult on an isolated target for massive damage out of stealth due to no AD steroid.
