Make Lucian great again

i really like Lucian but right now he is unplayable especially early game and it isn't fair to play against adcs who got double your range and can safely land their damage on you and farm . the lane is lost before you even start if you go against some one like Caitlyn or supports who got basic attacks with more than your basic attacks's range not to mention skill shots ,karma's Q range is the double of Lucian's Q and just 50 below his W he got a high risk little reward style of play you can make every move right and still lose the trade that doesn't fit what he was meant to be he is out of character and doesn't deal even damage to make up for all of this mess he needs a buff some thing minor like increasing the range and damage on his passive 2 shots that is my opinion let me know what do you think ?
