【NERF】 Kayle will be FOTM again, she is incredibly OP this patch, nerfs incoming~~~~

Junglers now normally won't gank until lv4~6， and with the new defense item changes, kayle can now survive through the early game easily against bad match ups. (And pressur lane harder against good match ups, since junglers dont gank)

I'm calling it right now, Kayle will be nerfed 4.21 patch, just watch....
