Riot unable to remake game glitch cost me my platinum 2 PROMOS

unbelievable. i dont get it. we had a jungle lee sin on our team who failed to connect to the game. My team waits accordingly for 3 minutes for remake. "A remake is only available when one or more players has failed to connect". tried repeatedly with the same message. I assure you that this user was completely off the game. Thanks riot.
