Uncalled for lissandra nerfs!

Hi riot. I'd just like to point out that lissandra is in a bad spot with a ~48% for a fairly low skill cap champion resulting from the health growth nerfs on patch 6.16 or something. With the upcoming protobelt nerfs and abyssal not spiking early anymore on 6.21/PBE could we see some small buffs or just a restoration of the 9 health growth per level that she lost. It's really unfortunate seeing her WR 3-5% below other much harder mids like aurelion sol, cass and ahri which doesn't really make sense. She also doesn't really have that many great matchups in lane and is simply just an awesome team fighter. 172 health at level 18 is a big deal and i hope you could reply to my first post on here and possibly look at giving her some love!
