Dynamic Q

If Riot is going to have Dynamic Queue in the game than at least allow chat in the game as well. Or, just create a true solo queue. Either one would be an improvement. I'm not a great player but i do hate playing solo and being grouped with three or four and then going against three or four. Easy fixes, just give one true mode of solo queue, ranked or normal's idc lol
