@Riot Any context on the Ezreal E Buff? Why didn't you buff his W?
Why would you give him a Bonus AD ratio on his E when his W is literally worthless as AD Ezreal?
Any context on the buff Riot?

Because they dont know how to balance a game whatsoever. I probably dont know either but thats why I dont make it my job uknow whatimsayin. .
His E can be used as a pretty big attack speed buff if you want to. Helps with sieging. I also think that it's to differentiate it from his Q.
marksman ezreal is NOT the same as AP ezreal. right now, AP ez has higher burst with no follow up, while AD ez is about AA's and weaving them between/with spells. What's the point to making them both the same, but with AD Ezreal having a significant advantage with the ability to kill with high speed AA's like a marksman? There isn't one.
