The Aurelion Sol rework and the Taliyah treatment

So if we look at the community's response to the Aurelion Sol rework, i think it's safe to say that it failed pretty badly but instead of whining about a revert i'd like to think about other ways riot can "solve" the problems that Aurelion brought.

For some perspective where i stand i currently have 282 090 points on him, play him for about 2 years now.

The main issue riot addressed with Aurelion was that he skipped the laning phase by perma pushing it and then roam to sidelanes however they did not solve it in a way that players like. They killed his early game waveclear and and with that his ability to lane in general. They also removed the passive ms from E nerfing his roaming as well (the increased range does not compensate since the cooldown got nerfed as well).

I'd like to explore a different path to deal with the issue of Aurelion skipping the laning phase, that solution being giving him the Taliyah treatment. Taliyah got a mini-rework a while ago basically making her a jungler, this is actually not that crazy to do with Aurelion, instead of forcing the laning phase on him you let him skip it like he wants, but instead of becoming a 2nd jungle he becomes the primary jungler. With this take Aurelion sol players have their roaming playstyle and riot has successfully removed the toxic laningphase of Aurelion Sol.

Of course the question arises than how would we accomplish this? I'm not in the best position to judge this kind of thing but i can try to propose some idea's, you could increase his base HP but nerf the scaling per level to give him a healthier early clear, you could also consider giving his stars spellvamp (if needed only vs jungle monsters) and maybe even increased dmg vs jungle monsters. To nerf the laning you could always decrease the dmg that minions take from stars and maybe even decrease his base mana (his jungle clear is not that mana intensive because you can't quite jungle camps for the expanded W).

I don't think that riot should try to only make him viable in the jungle but do something like taliyah where she's just better in the jungle. Honestly, with far fewer changes to Aurelion you could make a far better rework this way both for the game and for the Aurelion Sol mains.

I'm also sure that there are people with much better idea's on this than me so leave those in the comments.

Also riot, whatever you do please make W a toggle again this version is killing me.
