Taliyah needs some innate tankyness imo.
She' reminds me of Sols playstyle, low range zone control mage.
But Sol has 2 strong cc's with more reliability and is even stronger with rylais, and taliyah has a wimpy low range slow with a difficult knock-back+up.
I don't think Taliyah needs anymore CC but I think implementing some damage reduction would be an improvement.
I can think of a few ways to do it:
-Worked ground provides 15% damage reduction or tenacity
-Threaded volley reduces damage taken by 5% on first enemy hit, and 2.5% per subsequent hits, up to 15% for 3 seconds.
-Passive could generate stacks of damage reduction up to 15% that last 5 seconds after Rock Surf ends
