Games with AFKs

Is there any change made to the results of a game due to having an AFK in the game? E.g. LP adjustment, lack of MMR loss, anything?The argument that "it happens both ways" doesn't cut it for me. People are wasting an hour on these things, and typically working their face off against numbers and (in my experience) whiny teammates saying "we can't win."

I'm so pissed. In ranked of all places. I want blood. I want justice.
