Movement Speed

It's no secret that movement speed in league is a joke. There's really no need to get into the specifics, if you haven't noticed it then you need to stop doin so many drugs. When are you guys going to adjust/fix the movement speed per champion and the effect that boots should have on it?

when you have swift boots and cant easily keep up with somebody (step attacking...or even regular lazy attacking) who has stage 1 or no boots at all there's a serious problem there
