I have always guessed what is the max mastery for a weekly free champ which i dont own...Like can i make a weekly free champ to tier 5 if i want to? For example is free this week can i reach level 5 with her? Any help would be appreciated..

You can only make it to level 4 with free week champions unless you already own them
