RIOT Please solve this problem !

I'm an ARAM player. I used to have more wins than lost. But since I bought a lot of skins (maybe a coincidence), I keep on losing. I went from about +30 wins to about -50 wins. I always have good scores, often the best scores of my team and even of all players in the game, I have a good attitude, I help players who need advice, but I still lose again and again and again and again and again... Why am I always matched with unskilled players against skilled players ? Matched with mostly squishies and buildless tanks vs mostly tanks with good building ?

PLEASE RIOT, MATCH ME WITH GOOD PLAYERS AND WINNING TEAMS !!! I'M SICK OF PLAYING WELL AND LOSING !!!!

And I suggest that you balance more the random champs' selection. An idea for that is that there would always be an equal amount of roles in each team. Exemple : Both teams having 1 tank, 1 support, 1 mage, 1 assassin and 1 fighter.
