Is cho's scream supposed to hit Vlad during his pool?
Just curious, played as Vlad against Cho and his scream hit me for the damage as well as the silence everytime I pooled. Seems odd, considering its the same wording as Fizz's E.

It has a delay between the damage + silence and him actually using it... For whatever reason. I wish they'd fix it, because it's really annoying to see Fizz / Vlad get silenced as they're pooling.
Unless you're saying it hit when you when you were already pooled, in which case I have no idea.
