Shall I keep going for both order and chaos missions or shall I stick with one of them only ?

Yesterday I have started doing the missions and I have completed the first 3 missions with an order icon. After I finished those missions there was no other missions available so I decided to play a game with a chaos icon. What I found is that it brought the chaos missions so I have managed to complete some of them not sure how many. Now I got 20 chaos tokens and 30 order tokens.

The Question is should I keep going back and forth between order and chaos and do the missions for both or not ?
