Rumble Buff Please, He needs something

So one of my favorite champs to play in rumble. I play him not very often but every now and then because i love the satisfaction of cooking people as I'm punching them in the face. I also love to see them fry on my ult and watch their health slowly tick down. However the i do realize that his kit requires a slow ramp up in comparison to the length of games mostly played. I feel to be a viable opponent against any top laner i'd have to either dish out a bit of damage maybe around the beg to mid time frame or like garen be survivable where im realy a pain to get out of the lane. None of those apply to rumble. Hes this tanky hybrid ap dude with no real excel component to him. Please take a look at him Riot.
