@Meddler, a question about Draven after Rumble E, Ashe Q changes.

Ashe's Q stacks fall off progressively now and Rumble's E is on a charge system now.

Can Draven receive one or both of these for his Q?

I mean, there's nothing more stressful than trying to build up Q's during a team fight because you couldn't generate them before hand and having both of your Q's deactivate at the same time.

Draven is considered to be lackluster compared to other ADCs atm, and I do think this issue goes beyond the aspect of his Q generation and degeneration, but that's another issues entirely. I'm just curious as to if this mechanism could work for him as well.

Is there any insight you're willing/able to provide on this?
