Off meta champions and their viability

So I was wondering if anyone could help me on their opinions on a bunch of off meta champions, maybe new build ideas, and some advice.

I mainly wonder about these champions in the mid lane in particular:

Ap Ezrael Ap Tristana Ap MissFortune Ap Alistar Ap Nunu

Are they really viable? Take into considerationteam comps. What i mean, is eg. One of this guy's weakness' is the lack of cc...but maybe if his team is full of cc?

Opinions + ideas on other champions?

AP EZ: Viable AP Trist: Not viable AP MF: Not viable AP Alistar: Viable but kind of a troll pick / works in low elo AP Nunu: Viable but kind of a troll pick / works in low elo

other ideas considered "Off Meta" for mid lane and are completely viable.

ap ezreal i would say is the only viable mid pick out of all of those. and ap ezreal's weakness is not a lack of cc but a lack of consistent waveclear. ad and blue ezreal both have that problem fixed with shiv and iceborn gauntlet. so ap ezreal's ultimate is his only source of waveclear, and the reason ap ezreal smite runeglaive mid was a thing was because it fixed that with the aoe runeglaive proc thing.

ap mf used to be viable not anymore with rework becuase now you only have your bullet rain and they nerfed that before you had q w e ult now its only e. ap trist is fine ap ez is fine ap varus trumps all ap mf ap ez and ap mf put together.
