Sorting Problems

Riot please hear my suggestions on collection tab...

1.Add a function that you can drag or rearrange custom set item names. It hoards other item set that i created from first to last created. Some players don't mind this or not at all but some also like me want to improve this. 2.Also in new rune pages. Minimize gui and have a setting to remove flashy and laggy potato animations . On players that have invested many pages, please make a table of content like a book to 1 click rather than box with huge picture. Or like skin select during picking. 3.Custom Champion Folder like "Demacia", "Noxus", "Pogchamp", "Cancer" or "Garbaj" and please do this on collection tab and not on picking. 4.I miss old spells and maybe they can add something different or new spell and it's preseason now so anything can happen. Adaptive is new meme so why not make champ you pick remember what spell last game they pick smiteless jungle... 5.Lastly on emotes. Some feedback is that they are too pricey. I just bind the only emote i have .

Skin tab looks promising next patch and useful to players who give their own blood to function this game.
