In Game Voice Chat (Give it a shot)

I think there should be an in game voice chat implemented kind've like the one in overwatch where once you have entered a game you have the option to join the group chat if you would like to, not using some third party voice chat app but using one within the League of Legends game. I find that many of my losses could have been avoided if only we had been able to communicate better and you don't always have time to type in the game without losing cs or risking being jumped, and most people don't have the same third party voice app as others making it really hard to coordinate a team voice chat that everyone will be able to use. The system could be entirely optional, you wouldn't have to join it if you didn't want to and could still mute players within it, I just think it would make coordinating things within the match so much easier, think about it and upvote if you agree!

I imagine communication getting worse in some cases. If someone mutes everyone on the account of toxitity, cry babies, or people playing linkin park in the background. Meanwhile, everyone who has adopted the VoIP will abandon the text chat, completely unaware that people have muted them.

(played a custom game once where I screwed up the teamcomp, because I wasn't on their skype call, and no one was using the text chat. Something like that is going to become common place if Riot adapted their own.)

The issue I see is that even if Riot developed their own VoIP, they don't want to pressure others into actually using that feature.

We've seen it over and over again in League with premade groups: most people who jump on voice chat forget how pings work.

Do you really want a system that makes it impossible to get information from allies if you need to mute them? Because I sure don't.
