Should there be a Cunning Mastery for Refillable Potion Supports?

With the introduction of Exposed Weakness, this leaves a decision weather to go hybrid 6 6 and a 18 variant, or a 12 - 18 variant.

Personally I have been going refillable on most tanky supports and biscuits on healers and magey supports

On the topic of weather supports should get a Cunning mastery for players that go Refillable potion, Assassin, Secret Stash, and Runic Affinity, do not seem to show of much use.

If a mastery was added on the teir 1 of Cunning, id imagine we would see more 6/6/12 or similar on mainly tanky supports and magey supports.

Personally, on supports like Braum or Thresh, I go Relic Shield and Refillable.

Maybe something that benifits the refillable with secret stash mastery, [Same effect as heal pots or reduced?], Maybe can be upgraded cheaper, Maybe give increased health regen or mana regen while the potion is active.
