fix fiora hitbox to fix her as a champ

fiora is retardedly dumb not because of her numbers but because of her vital and q hitobx are so dumb u can be away two units from the vital and it still triggers it almost feel like she is a ranged champ , wich is a part why u see fiora able to kill jayce in lane , he cant even e her away not only because of the ripost but also because of her abuserd q hitbox

the hitbox on her whole kit is stupid as fuk the w has a stupid hitbox and her q has a stupid hitbox , fiora is now like sion if u fix her hitbox so she acutly need to get in melle form to get that vital she will be far more balanced

also her healing is acutly dumb and absured early game , she can trade with u in a huge minoin wave and still come on on top because of how stupid her healing is wich should not be a thing since she is a hyperscaling champ, she shouldnt bully pepole out of lane or fight them in like 15 minoins early on and still come on on top she is just like akali, akali can fight too in a huge minoin wave and come on top cause of her shroud and passive healing , it's so dumb if u trade with her in ur minoins wave u still lose the trade

so in conclusion fix her hitbox and nerf her early healing so she is punished like other champs for making stupid plays
