New ranked system

I would like to suggest if u may make the rank system to be forced pick by order, meaning the first will choose a role and the second one has to choose another this way games will start much faster an it will be fair to every one cuz with ur new ranked system it take ages to go into a game unless I put supp or fill which will also put me in supp, don't get me wrong am a main supp but this is not fair because sometimes I want to play in other roles but now I have to wait more than 5 minutes to que Thank u for reading
