Unfair matchmaking

So I'm a casual player of league and rather enjoy playing games with friends or by myself, but something that happens quite often is when my team is all solo que yet the enemy team is a 5 man premade. This sort of thing really throws off any sort of balance there is as randoms don't know of each other's play-styles, how much they know about the champion they're playing or do much communication where as a full 5 man is more then likely to know each player's strengths and weaknesses as well as having a high amount of communication to easily stomp the unlucky team that's all random. In the link I provided was just one game I just had where this unfairness had occurred and as you can see, the difference is far to much. Then when you look at the ranks and levels, all the team had brone and silver where as mine only had bronze, unranked and a level 19 which is uh, yeah no.
