Blitzcrank's Q

Hate or love it Blitzcrank's Q is most likely here to stay. So here is something that I thought of (and am sure it has been discussed, however I am unable to find it) and talked to with a couple of my fellow league friends. What if Blitz's Q could pull ally champs as well. This would allow him to help teammate in a similar way to Thresh. Most people would think WHY BUFF HIM, but in my opinion this works as a buff by adding a new mechanic however imagine this: Blitzcrank goes to Q you in lane phase only to pull back his teammate and deny the kill. Imagine a team fight where Blitz can't just aim and pull. This creates new gameplay, new techniques, and new things for people to learn and work around. Tell me what you think!
