this was not a nerf of necessity, kog was never overpowered. This happened because people cried.
why did they cry? because they don't want anything else capable of competition in the bottom lane. thats right.......they dont think its fun to fight a kog'maw that isn't completely abused.

I'd honestly prefer they just revert the changes they made during the marksmen rework and bring back the previous iteration of Kog'maw. While he may have been a bit weaker, the change to Runaan's Hurricane alone (making it provide movement speed and crit chance) would have been enough to bring him up.
He used to be far more versatile with multiple viable AD and AP builds and the ability to weave spells between his basic attacks without losing damage.
I miss the old Kog'maw.

I think he needs his reset time on ult. lowered and what's with the awkward numbers on Q? Make it 30% instead of 28.
I think they should make Kog's ult FEEL like an ultimate instead of just shooting upwards. Like maybe change kog's W and ult around so a kog cant abuse his W by using it too many times but idk just an idea ^^
